• Must be 20 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Assist with cleaning, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management; develop team leadership and scheduling skills; prepare for future leadership roles.
