Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12-18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

The starting wage for this position is $38,480.00 per year or $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow through hands-on experience in sales, operations, fleet management, and administration while delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals.
• Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high service scores.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Shadow and support management in daily operations.
• Build skills in team leadership, scheduling and performance coaching.
