Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in retail management. This paid, full-time training program develops you for future management roles across our 330+ store network.

You will work with General Management and Department Managers to understand the business and prepare for advancement. As you progress, you’ll gain hands-on experience and leadership opportunities while being mentored by store teams to master operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
