Job summary

Menards is hiring for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program. You will engage in hands-on training to develop your knowledge of Menards management while collaborating with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.

As you progress, you’ll gain experience to prepare for a future store management role with advancement across 330+ locations, including Corporate Office and facilities.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities
