Menards is recruiting for apaid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management. You will work alongside General Management teams and store staff to gain hands-on experience and leadership skills.

As you progress, you can advance to roles across Menards 330+ store locations and corporate offices. This paid program emphasizes internal promotion and hands-on learning to build a lasting retail career.
