Job summary

Menards in Michigan is hiring for a paid Manager Trainee program. This full-time, hands-on training position is designed to develop you for a future management role within our stores.

You will learn from General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members as you progress toward a management position at one of our 330+ locations, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program.
• Work with General Management and Department Managers to learn store operations.
• Advance to a management role in one of Menards locations.
