Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in Naperville to develop future store leaders. This paid, full-time training places you alongside management and department teams to learn our business and prepare you for a management role.

As you progress, you’ll work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and readiness for leadership opportunities across 330+ locations and beyond.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support General Management and Department Managers during the trainee program.
• Lead and develop store teams to deliver great customer service.
• Participate in hands-on training to prepare for future management roles.
