Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for store management. This paid, full-time training places you with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members who will mentor you to run a store effectively.

As you progress, you gain hands-on experience that prepares you for a management role across Menards’ 330+ store locations, corporate office, and distribution centers, with a promote-from-within culture and clear advancement paths.
