Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program in Retail Management. You will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a solid understanding of our business and progress toward a management role.

As you advance through the program, you’ll gain exposure to store operations and leadership development with advancement opportunities to 330+ store locations, corporate offices, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership experience or business degree preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store operations and team initiatives.
• Participate in and complete the Manager Trainee program.
• Assist in training and developing associates to improve performance.
