Job summary

Menards is seeking a Manager Trainee in the United States. This paid, full-time, hands-on program develops you for a future management role across Menards stores.

You will collaborate with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to deepen your understanding of our business and prepare you for a leadership position in the near future, with promotion opportunities at 330+ store locations.

Qualifications

Outstanding Customer Service skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team as part of the Manager Trainee program.
Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn operations.
Prepare for a future management role across Menards stores.
