Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time, hands-on training role develops you for future store management.

You will work with General Management and Department Managers to build understanding of our business and prepare for a management role. As you progress, you will be guided by store leadership and team members to gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and team development while you prepare for longer-term advancement within Menards’ 330+

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and develop a team.
• Willingness to learn retail operations and store dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement store-wide training through the Manager Trainee program.
• Develop and coach team members to prepare for management roles.
• Assist in daily store operations and leadership tasks as you progress in the program.
