Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a career in Menards Management. You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and leadership skills.

As you progress, you’ll learn the business, take on increasing responsibilities, and be supported to move into a management role across our 330+ store locations and facilities.

Qualifications

• Willing to participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program.
• Commitment to developing general management skills.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
