Job summary

Menards is hiring for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for a future management role. You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare for leadership positions.

Throughout the program, you will experience on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement across 330+ store locations, corporate, manufacturing, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program and training.
• Develop understanding of our business operations and store management.
• Progress through the program to take on a management role in the near future.
