Menards is offering a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a future management role within our growing retail network. You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and assume increasing responsibilities as you progress through the program.

The program emphasizes promote-from-within culture, hands-on training, and clear paths to leadership across our 330+ stores and facilities.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a retail setting.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.
