Menards in Wisconsin offers a paid Manager Trainee program designed to prepare you for a future leadership role in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience while being mentored by experienced leaders.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to deepen your understanding of our business and readiness for management. Upon completion, opportunities to advance exist across 330+ locations and corporate offices.

• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities
