Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time training role is designed to develop you into a store manager through hands-on experience and mentorship.

As you progress, your General Management team and Store Team Members will help you build the skills to take on a management position across Menards 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service abilities are essential.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop store leadership skills.
• Progress through training with the General Management team to prepare for a management role.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and contribute to customer satisfaction and performance.
