Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for our Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training path designed to develop future leaders in retail management.

As you progress, you will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a deep understanding of our business and prepare you for a management role across our 330+ stores, corporate office, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a paid, full-time manager trainee program.
