Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for its Manager Trainee program in a full-time, paid training track that develops leadership and operational skills for retail management.

You will work closely with store leadership to learn the business, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for future management roles across Menards’ 330+ stores and corporate facilities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in the Manager Trainee program to learn all aspects of Menards operations.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop understanding of the business.
• Progress through the program to prepare for a future management role and advancement within Menards.
