Menards offers a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management. You will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!

As you progress through the program, your team will help you gain the experience necessary to advance to a management position across our locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program.
• Work with management to understand store operations and leadership responsibilities.
• Prepare to transition into a management role across 330+ locations.
