Job summary

Menards in Des Moines, IA is seeking motivated individuals for a paid Manager Trainee program. This full-time, hands-on training role develops you for store leadership and operational excellence.

As you progress, you'll work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain the skills needed to advance to roles across our 330+ stores, corporate office, or distribution centers. A strong customer service mindset and leadership drive are highly valued.
