Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for management roles within our stores. You will work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and progress toward a management position in a growing company.

As you move through the trainee program, you will learn our business practices and leadership skills to take on greater responsibilities, with the possibility to advance to over 330 store
