Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time training is designed to develop you for store leadership.

You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and store team members to learn our business, culture, and operations as you progress toward a management position across a network of locations. Ideal candidates demonstrate a passion for customer service, leadership drive, and a business-related degree or leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Progress through the Manager Trainee program to a management role.
