Job summary

Menards offers a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for store management. You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience.

As you progress, you'll build leadership skills, customer service excellence, and a path to 330+ stores, corporate offices, and distribution centers through our promote-from-within culture.
