Menards is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our fast-paced retail team. This paid, full-time program is designed to develop and prepare you for leadership roles in Menards Management.

As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand our business and prepare for a management position in the near future. We offer advancement opportunities and a promote-from-within culture.
