Menards Inc. is recruiting for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for store management. You will work alongside General Management and department leaders to learn our business and prepare for a management role in the near future.

As you progress, you can advance to operations leadership across Menards’ 330+ store locations, corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers, with a promote-from-within culture guiding your career growth.
