Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time training position develops you for future management roles while you work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business.

As you progress, you will have opportunities for advancement to management roles across Menards 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
