Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in Retail Management. This paid, full-time, hands-on training program develops you for general management within our growing company.

Throughout the program, General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will guide you to understand our business and prepare you for a management role in the near future. Opportunities exist across 330+ locations.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to develop general management skills.
