Menards Inc. is hiring for a Manager Trainee in Illinois. This paid, full-time training program is designed to develop and prepare you for a career in Menards Management.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain essential operations knowledge and leadership skills, preparing you to take on a management role in the near future. We emphasize a promote-from-within culture, offering on-the-job training and clear advancement paths to 330+ locations
