Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee role in Grand Island, NE. This paid, full-time, hands-on training program develops you into a store leader with exposure to General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.

As you progress, you gain experience across operations, people leadership, and merchandising, with pathways to promotion at Menards’ 330+ store locations and corporate facilities. This program emphasizes growth, mentorship, and a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

Outstanding customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to lead, develop and motivate a store team.
Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop future store leaders.
