Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a future management role within our grows. This paid, full-time training provides hands-on experience alongside store leadership teams to build foundational knowledge in store operations.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand our business and potential advancement to a leadership position at one of our many locations.

Qualifications

Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in the Manager Trainee program and learn core store leadership functions.
Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on learning.
Prepare to take on a management role as you progress through the program.
