Menards Inc. in Homer Glen, IL is hiring a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time training program designed to develop future store leaders. You will rotate through departments, learn operations, sales, and people management while receiving mentorship from experienced managers.

The program leads to growth across Menards' 330+ locations. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, leadership potential, and a business-related degree is preferred.
