Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for a paid Manager Trainee program in Minnesota. You will work hands-on with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build understanding of our business and prepare for a future management role.

As you progress, you’ll be supported by a team that values internal promotion, with opportunities to advance to over 330 stores, corporate office, and facilities nationwide. Strong leadership and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail environment is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members toward performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Support general management in daily store operations.
• Lead and develop store teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in the Manager Trainee program and transition to a management role.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand business and drive results.
