Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time training is designed to develop and prepare you for management roles within Menards.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and readiness for leadership opportunities at 330+ stores and corporate facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or leadership is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in a paid training program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through the Manager Trainee program.
• Collaborate with store leadership to understand operations.
• Prepare for future management roles across Menards locations.
