Job summary

The Bolton Group is seeking a Manager - Technical Accounting & Reporting to lead US GAAP financial statement preparation and reporting across the group. This role focuses on ASC606, ASC842, and IFRS diligence, coordinating cross-functionally and supporting acquisitions and unusual transactions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in audit or SEC reporting with strong technical accounting skills and a background from a BIG4 or top CPA firm, enabling high-quality financial updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of experience (Audit or SEC Reporting/Technical Accounting).
• Technical Expertise - ASC606 & ASC842 & IFRS; updates, research, and memo writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US GAAP Financial Statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow.
• Assist with Month-End Close and Financial Reporting duties.
• Research and apply ASC606/ASC842/IFRS impacts; draft memos.
