Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA with 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting expertise.
• Experience with SEC financial reporting and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, including review of investor/lender packages and quarterly and annual statements.
• Responsible for corporate accounting functions including compensation-related areas and leases; analyze complex transactions.
• Assist with technical research and documentation for significant transactions (equity/debt offerings, M&A, complex leases).
• Assist with M&A accounting initiatives including diligence, purchase accounting, and integration.
• Evaluate new accounting literature and lead implementation of new pronouncements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and drive continuous improvement.
