Manager (Tech Lead), Data and Integration

KPMG is seeking a Manager, Data and Integration to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integration platforms, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance; collaborate with teams to address issues and enhance application functionality.
  2. Optimize performance, quality, and cost of delivery by defining and implementing proper resourcing, offshoring scope, and utilization; manage relationships with third-party provider teams to ensure adherence to technical guidelines and SOPs.
  3. Articulate the vision and business value of building, supporting, and developing Data and Integration platforms.
  4. Collaborate with DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and Senior Executives to align iPaaS objectives with organizational strategies.
  5. Build and lead an effective team responsible for developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Integrations.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum five years of recent experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API-led strategies, management, and security best practices for on-premises and cloud platforms.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  3. Proven success in strategic integrations with systems like Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, NGCLAS, Sentinel, Tax One Platform, Appian, and KPMG Clara Workflow.
  4. Experience with various integration patterns, agile environments, and excellent communication skills.
  5. Experience in contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation.
  6. Advanced technical knowledge to create value and strategy.
