Manager (Tech Lead), Data and Integration

This position is part of our Digital Nexus technology organization and offers a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integration platforms, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance; collaborate with teams to address issues and improve application functionality.
2. Optimize delivery performance, quality, and cost by managing resources, offshoring scope, and vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to technical guidelines and SOPs.
3. Define and communicate the vision and business value of Data and Integration platforms.
4. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and senior leaders to align objectives with organizational goals.
5. Lead a team responsible for developing, designing, and supporting enterprise integrations, setting the technology strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum five years of recent experience in enterprise integrations, API-led strategies, and management, including security best practices for cloud and on-premises platforms.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
3. Proven success in integrating systems like Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, and KPMG-specific platforms.
4. Experience with various integration patterns, agile environments, and excellent communication skills.
5. Experience in contract development, negotiations, and implementation.
6. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to create value and strategic direction.
7. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available.
