KPMG is seeking a Manager, Data and Integration to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integration platforms, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance; collaborate with teams to address integration issues and enhance application functionality.
2. Optimize performance, quality, and cost of delivery by defining resourcing, offshoring scope, and utilization; manage relationships with third-party providers, ensuring adherence to technical guidelines and SOPs.
3. Create and communicate the vision and business value of Data and Integration platforms.
4. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Journey partners, and Executives to align iPaaS objectives with organizational goals.
5. Build and lead a team responsible for developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Integrations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum five years of recent experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API-led strategies, management, security best practices, and architectural solutions for on-premises and cloud platforms.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
3. Proven success in strategic integrations with systems like Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, KPMG Clara Workflow, and others.
4. Experience with various integration patterns, agile environments, and excellent communication skills.
5. Experience in contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation with a solid track record.
6. Advanced technical knowledge with the ability to create value and strategy.
