Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, Performance Systems to lead performance management and talent planning initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design and deploy programs that drive growth, development, and engagement across the organization.

Key focus areas include succession planning, mentoring, career pathing, and a standardized set of performance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance systems, talent planning, or similar.
• Master’s degree preferred in Leadership/Organization Development or related field.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and negotiation skills; knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Works with HR partners and business leaders to develop and implement: talent discussions and succession planning processes and tools for the enterprise; programs to support associate and leadership development programs; a common approach to Mentoring and Career Pathing; and all Performance Management related processes and tools.
