Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a Manager, Performance Systems to lead career development, talent planning and performance management initiatives across the enterprise.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to design and implement succession planning, mentoring, and development programs, while overseeing all performance management processes and tools. This role requires strong project management, analytical skills, and knowledge of employment law.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of Performance Management and Talent Planning processes.
• Project management experience in a corporate context.
• Analytical background to support employee data analysis.
• Facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent discussions and succession planning processes and tools for the enterprise.
• Create programs to support associate and leadership development programs.
• Establish a common approach to mentoring and career pathing.
• Manage all performance management processes and tools enterprise-wide.
