• Full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets, including offer and compensation conversations.
• Sales or go-to-market recruiting experience, or a strong interest in learning sales segments, quotas, OTE, and territory design.
• A data-informed approach that turns funnel insights into practical actions.
