  • Develop and maintain a strong external talent network through relationships with schools, alumni organizations, staffing firms, recruiting platforms, job boards, and other professional sources.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, search firms, and talent vendors, monitoring service levels, costs, performance, and overall return on investment.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, internal policies, and selection processes while promoting consistent and effective hiring practices.
  • Support additional talent acquisition initiatives, special projects, and organizational priorities as required, with the ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of progressive Human Resources experience encompassing talent acquisition, people leadership, and stakeholder influence.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing employment marketing strategies using job boards, social media, sourcing techniques, candidate engagement campaigns, and ROI measurement is required.
  • Proven experience managing external recruiting agencies, executive search firms, staffing partners, and other talent acquisition vendors is required.
  • Strong experience developing recruiting KPIs, reporting, analytics, and executive dashboards that provide actionable insights into recruiting performance, hiring outcomes, and workforce trends is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies is required, including the ability to optimize systems, workflows, and tools to improve recruitment efficiency and measurable results.
  • Experience leading talent acquisition initiatives across the United States is required, while familiarity with hiring practices, employment regulations, and talent markets in Canada and Mexico is strongly preferred.
