Eversource Energy is seeking a Manager, Project Engagement, Transmission. The role leads the Project Services team in managing stakeholder outreach for a large capital program, coordinating with regulators, communities and internal teams across the Eastern Massachusetts region and beyond.

The position requires strong communication, strategic vision, and program management skills, with extensive field support and contractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications or related field.
• Ten years of related industry experience, with at least two years in leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of 10+ professionals delivering stakeholder outreach plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and field outreach resources to support transmission projects.
• Manage stakeholder interactions across ROW activities to protect scope, schedule and cost.
• Provide strategic vision for process improvements in project lifecycle and outreach performance.
• Identify and mitigate internal and external stakeholder risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee communications development, including project messaging, collateral and public materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, real estate, licensing and permitting, and regulatory teams to align goals.
• Improve public perception through cross-functional initiatives and strategic communications.
• Establish, track and report department KPIs and initiatives.
