Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Project Manager II, Transmission in Springfield, MA to lead large, complex transmission initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment. The role focuses on scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with Transmission Asset Management, Planning, Design, Land Planning, and Legal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of Project Management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or the equivalent degree will be considered or equivalent experience.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects including coordination with regulatory approvals and interface with regulators and officials.
• Develop and process bid documents for engineering, design, construction, and procurement of materials.
• Ensure project documentation complies with company policies and regulations; manage budget and schedule.
