• Leadership in a matrixed organization with project lifecycle focus.

Responsibilities

• Recruits and leads a team of professionals executing stakeholder outreach plans.
• Manages contractor resources to align with outreach and risk-mitigation objectives.
• Oversees stakeholder interactions across project activities to protect scope, schedule, and cost.
• Develops and implements risk mitigation plans for stakeholder-related risks.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align communications and policy goals.
• Tracks KPIs and initiatives to improve department performance.
