Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Program Manager, Strategic Project Development, Transmission in Westwood, MA. The role leads a portfolio of ESMP transmission projects from early development through handoff, coordinating with Planning, Engineering, Real Estate, and Regulatory teams.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop schedules and budgets, and ensure adherence to safety and procurement policies while supporting Massachusetts electrification and clean energy goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental, renewable energy, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience in infrastructure development and/or transmission.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Ability to develop and present reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of ESMP transmission and substation projects from early-stage development to handoff to Project Management Organization.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including planning, real estate, legal, and regulatory.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with safety and procurement policies and programs.
• Develop schedules and budgets for early-stage ESMP projects and oversee implementation.
• Support development and documentation of company policies for transmission project development and execution.
• Represent Eversource Transmission at meetings, regulatory hearings, and public forums.
