Job summary

Eversource Energy in Westwood, MA is seeking a Program Manager, Strategic Project Development, Transmission to advance ESMP transmission and substation projects from early development through handoff to Project Management.

The role collaborates with System Planning, Engineering, Real Estate, Engagement, Regulatory, Legal, and Scheduling to develop schedules, budgets, and policies while aligning with Massachusetts clean energy goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Experience developing competitive infrastructure projects and knowledge of electric transmission and distribution systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ESMP transmission and substation projects from early development to handoff.
• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, engineering, real estate, engagement, regulatory, and scheduling.
• Develop schedules and budgets for early-stage projects and ensure alignment with policies.
• Support development of Company Policies related to transmission project development and execution.
