Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Project Manager II, Transmission in Massachusetts to lead large, complex transmission projects across a multi-stakeholder environment. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with Asset Management, Planning, Design, Land Planning, Construction, and Finance.

Travel to Westwood, MA is required. The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and regulatory interactions with senior management and external agencies, with a focus on reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or the equivalent degree will be considered or equivalent experience.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of Project Management or related experience.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Operator’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Owns project scope, schedule and budget.
• Provides written and oral updates to senior management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Represents Eversource in regulatory proceedings and at municipal meetings.
• Leads multi-disciplinary teams and mentors other personnel.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Finance/Business or equivalent
