Qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS solution architecture or related roles.
• 2+ years leading customer-facing technical teams.
• Experience designing SaaS implementations with APIs and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects, serving as the lead architect on strategic engagements.
• Lead technical discovery, business process workshops, and solution design sessions to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Partner with Sales to define scope, SOWs, implement effort estimates, and identify risks for successful outcomes.
• Serve as senior technical resource for escalated situations, leading onsite engagements and addressing complex challenges.
• Establish best practices for discovery, design, handoffs, and customer documentation to improve quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful solution delivery and influence product direction.
