Notion is seeking an experienced sales recruiting leader to drive AMER hiring across Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, BDRs, and field leaders. This leadership role can be based in San Francisco or New York City, with in-person Anchor Days on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays as we collaborate best in the office.

You will own the AMER hiring strategy, build a high-caliber sales recruiting team, and partner with sales leadership to meet aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting leadership experience, focused on sales and GTM roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of building and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Strategic mindset balancing long-term planning with practical execution.
• Hands-on forecasting and analytical capability with headcount, pipeline, and capacity data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior sales leadership.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and sales compensation trends.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter.

Responsabilités

• Own AMER hiring strategy: forecast headcount, analyze pipeline, plan recruiting capacity, and meet aggressive growth targets.
• Protect talent density by defining exceptional profiles and calibrating recruiting teams.
• Influence business strategy as hiring advisor to the GM of AMER Sales and leadership teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of recruiters with direction, coaching, and development.
• Establish a weekly cadence to review headcount, pipeline health, recruiter capacity, risks, and progress.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future needs across sales disciplines.
• Shape decisions with data on headcount, pipeline, and market performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer branding in the sales community.
